Hour and half hour striking movement by Chelsea Clock Company.
Marked Tiffany and Company, New York" on the dial and also on a bronze plate that is at the base of the clock.

This movement is a Chelsea "Special Dial" in the six inch size. The Special Dial model has raised numbers and fancy hands.
